Since 1949, the Exclusive Wilmington Executives Club has strived to live up to its motto, "Great Food, Great Entertainment, Great Fellowship".  From the time of the Club's founding in 1949, we continue to evolve with new event ideas for the members.  The initial purpose of the Club was to provide recreation, fellowship and good entertainment by offering a collegial social evening with elegant dinners and interesting speakers.  With input provided by our members, we have morphed into fun theme-driven events, including sumptuous theme-based meals and local dance bands to entertain us.  

We provide four theme-based dinner dances per year.  These events are generally held in the ballroom at the Country Club of Landfall.  Costumes related to the event theme are encouraged, but Country Club Casual is always acceptable.

Our new members are invited by existing members only.  This is done to ensure that our new members exhibit similar values to our existing membership.  Our membership drive for existing members takes place in July of each year when we collect the renewal dues that support the operation of the organization.  There is also a charge for attendance to each of the four events which is used to cover the cost of the meals.  We encourage our members to invite guests to the events who may have an interest in joining our Club.  

As a social, not-for-profit organization, the Club has no attendance, committee or project requirements.
